| 英文摘要：This special issue is about the humanitarian consequences of Europe's migration and asylum practices and about the humanitarian responses of states, the UN, non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and volunteer groups. Migration and displacement are key aspects of humanitarian crises, whether caused by violence and attacks or through livelihoods lost because of the destruction of assets and constrained access to land, markets or social services. A number of countries in the Horn and East Africa and the Middle East are suffering protracted and ongoing humanitarian crises and continue to spur displacement at high levels. |
