| 中文摘要：經歷威權政府國家暴力之後的新興民主國家，紀念過去暴力事件的新紀念館誕生，這些紀念館在多元民主社會發揮什麼作用？從這個問題意識出發，本文探討臺灣1980年代民主運動之後產生的相關紀念館所扮演的角色，描述臺灣的綠島政治犯監獄遺址的變化。另外，參考全球不同背景下新設立的紀念館，運用UNESCO文化遺產中心推動「記憶遺址」（Sites of Memory）的概念，兼論臺灣遺址案例的實務現象，本文認為現階段的挑戰至少有：紀念館如何回應轉型正義；如何讓國內外觀眾認識遺址紀念地；觀眾如何認識多種敘事的議題。臺灣的轉型正義時刻，綠島紀念園區因於空間地緣關係，如何述說原住民的歷史正義課題是紀念地的未來挑戰之一。 |
| 英文摘要：New memorial museums commemorating the violence of the past often emerges when a new democratic country is formed, after displacing the authoritarian regime, what roles do these memorial museums play in a pluralistically democratic society? This article explores the roles played by the relevant memorial museums established after Taiwan's democratic movement in the 1980s and describes the changes in the heritage of the political prisons of the Green Island in Taiwan. With reference to the newly established memorial museums around the world and the concept of ＂Sites of Memory＂ promoted by the UNESCO Cultural Heritage Center, this paper discusses the ＂practical phenomenon＂ of the sites in Taiwan. In Taiwan's moment of transition to justice, the spatial and geographic relationship of the Green Island Memorial Park makes it challenging to: respond to transitional justice; make the site known to domestic and foreign tourists; make the visitors recognize the issue of multiple historical narratives, various narrative issues; and narrative the historical justice issues of the aborigines. |
