| 中文摘要：自翁山蘇姬政權執政以來，世界各國本期許該政權上台後，能夠正視羅興亞人於緬甸境內之人權問題。然而回顧其歷史發展、政治層面、宗教背景，卻能發現這種存在於社會之中的矛盾，卻是無法短時間之內解決的。本文從宗教、憲法、人權等三個角度，對於羅興亞與緬甸之間的衝突進行分析，並從應然面與實然面兩種方向對此議題展開討論。期能藉由此文之探究，提供緬甸與羅興亞人議題之中，有著另一種解決的契機。 |
| 英文摘要：Since the party led by Aung San Suu Kyi won the general election and presidential elections, the international community has expected the administration to face up to the Rohingya crisis and humanitarian problems in Myanmar. By going over the history of Myanmar, its political climate and religious background, it can clearly be seen that the problems are hard to be resolved within a short time. This research analyzes the contradictions between Rohingya and Myanmar by looking at the religions, constitutional law and human rights in Myanmar. The discussion on this issue starts from the normative and descriptive perspectives. It is expected that this research can provide different options for resolving the contradictions between the two sides. |
